What types of flooring do you remove?
We remove glue-down engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, tile and stone, LVP/LVT/VCT, sheet vinyl, carpet, pad, tack strip, and fully adhered flooring systems. We also perform controlled bathroom demolition and concrete surface preparation.
Is the concrete ready when the flooring is gone?
Not always. Glue, thinset, wood fibers, backing, fasteners, and high spots can remain after the visible flooring is removed. We define the required prep condition in the estimate and can include scraping or grinding where appropriate.
How do you control dust and protect the property?
We plan access, protect agreed surfaces, isolate work areas where appropriate, use dust collection with compatible equipment, manage debris, and clean the substrate. No demolition is literally dust-free, but controlled practices make a meaningful difference.
Do you work directly with contractors and restoration companies?
Yes. We work with flooring contractors, remodelers, general contractors, property managers, mitigation and restoration teams, and commercial facilities. We can coordinate sequencing and the required handoff condition with the next trade.
