Glue-Down Engineered Hardwood Removal Over Wood Subfloor
This Cary project extended through a kitchen and connected rooms, with glue-down engineered hardwood installed over a wood subfloor. The work had to move around cabinetry, transitions, and protected adjacent finishes while keeping the downstream repair and flooring plan in view.

Approach
Cabinet faces and nearby finishes were protected before production. The floor was scored into workable sections, released with specialized equipment, and detailed at edges and transitions as each room opened up.
Handoff
The wood subfloor was exposed through the agreed areas so the project team could evaluate the surface and continue with the next repair or installation phase.
