Customer estimate requests are collected through Carolina Floor Demolition's Jotform intake. Information you submit—including contact details, project information, and uploaded photos—is provided to Carolina Floor Demolition so we can evaluate, price, schedule, and communicate about the requested work. Jotform processes the form and uploads as the form provider. You can review Jotform's privacy policy.
Phone calls and email
Information you provide by phone or email may be used to evaluate, price, schedule, and communicate about your project. Do not send passwords, financial account details, or other information that is unrelated to the requested service.
Website operations
The hosting platform may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as request logs and device or browser information. The embedded Jotform may also process technical information needed to display, secure, and submit the form. If analytics, advertising, or additional tools are added later, this notice should be updated before those tools are enabled.
