Why this floor needed a specialty approach
The wood came apart in layers. The adhesive stayed with the slab.
Break the floor’s strength
The engineered tongue-and-groove surface was worked systematically so equipment could release manageable sections.
Address adhesive and wood residue
Wood fragments and adhesive left after lifting were scraped and mechanically prepared as part of the substrate scope.
Clean and coordinate turnover
The exposed slab was cleaned for review before the replacement-floor phase continued.
